This End User License Agreement (this “EULA”) is a legal agreement between the purchaser of any 3D Assets (“Licensee”) and Maxime Roz, (“Licensor”), regarding the use of Licensor's 3D Assets made available on his website maxroz.com. 3D Assets meaning all files downloaded from Licensor’s website or his Gumroad page gumroad.com/roz.
By downloading or otherwise using those 3D Assets, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA. If Licensee does not agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this EULA, then Licensee may not download, install, or use those 3D Assets.
Conditioned upon your compliance with the terms and conditions of this EULA, Licensor grants to Licensee a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to download and use such numbers of copies of the 3D Assets following the type of license that you picked before checkout.
Licensee installation and permitted use of those 3D Assets is expressly contingent on the type of license you have purchased. Before purchasing, please make sure that your prospective use of the 3D Assets will not exceed the scope of the license you will be purchasing. The scope of the license for the 3D Assets is as follows:
One user.
By purchasing the Personal license, the 3D Assets may not be hosted on any company server. Under the Personal license, the 3D Assets are for individual use only. You agree that use of those 3D Assets under the Personal license shall not exceed more than one (1) individual user, nor shall the 3D Assets be used by any individual on behalf of any studio, company, and/or separate entity. You may use the 3D Assets on commercial projects while working as a freelancer hired by a studio but you may not use a Personal license on studio projects as a staffed artists at that studio. Use by a professional studio or by more than one (1) individual user under the Personal license shall constitute a violation of this EULA. See Restrictions below.
Five users or less.
By purchasing the Small Studio license, the 3D Assets may be hosted on your company server. Under the Small Studio license, the 3D Assets may be purchased only by studios with five (5) or less 3D artists, in total, including both employees and independent contractors. Use by studios with more than five (5) artists under the Personal and/or Small Studio license shall constitute a violation of this EULA. See Restrictions below.
Unlimited users within the studio.
By purchasing the Studio license, the 3D Assets may be hosted on Licensee’s studio server and used by all artists working on this server only. See Restrictions below.
